(view from Camp Huntington at sunset)I have just created this blog. This blog is open to the public - but it is also being used for a graduate class that my wife and I are teaching for SUNY Cortland in the Adirondack Mts. of upstate NY.
The course will run from July 7-12.
Right now, I am working on creating the course web site using the SITES feature provided by the folks at Google. In the past we have used the WebCT/Bb Learning Management System provided by SUNY Cortland, but this year we are trying this new way to provide access to the course.
You can find the main course website at:

Hi All,
ReplyDeleteThis is your co-instructor, Beth. I am looking forward to seeing you all in a few weeks. I have been teaching at SUNY Cortland for 10 years. I teach science and technology methods courses for childhood education majors, and courses in environmental studies. Prior to teaching at Cortland, I taught at a college in Wisconsin and also was an elementary and middle school teacher and a park ranger in Ohio, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. I am also very interested in green living and have a blog that you can take a look at: http://greencortland.blogspot.com/
I can't beleive it's work! I am very excited to be going on this advenbture. I am sure it will be the best class I will have taken.
